STS for me.
Haven't exercised as much due to knee and ankle pain, will try again this week.
I've been eating Lidl onion and chive cottage cheese in and aim for more protein it's 115cal for half a tub which is good and making the post of strawberries while they are in season. I have a chicken so a couple of big chicken salads might help. Will see if I can drop 3lb by the end of the month.
Have also been craving chocolate, which is not like me, (probably hormonal and cruddy sleeping patten), I have 3 huge bars left over from Christmas and Easter, but I'm determined not to touch them until I feel as if I've lost enough / back on the right track.
Have a good week everyone.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

Well done guys 👏
Belated happy birthday soontobeoap I'm you managed to lose this week
i hope you feel better Charlies_tribe 🙂
I've re discovered cottage cheese Jenny, I've found it adds something wet to salad if I don't want to add dressing and as you say more protein, it does pair well with salmon or seafood stick saladsLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5 -
So frustrating! I will have to say STS his week. I was down 3/4 lb yesterday so thought I would be able to say minus 1lb today but no. I did a dance class on Monday and walked 10000 steps yesterday but....6

Another holiday "under the belt" and a STS is the best I could do.
Surprised as, though I enjoyed hotel breakfasts, I had generally much less to eat than my companions.
I hope to be able to report better situation next week - especially as Q2 looms to an end.

@Brambling thanks for my medal! Am really pleased to hit my target for once. Next quarter will be the test, trying to lose the next 7lbs. That's the hardest to work on I think.6 -

@Brambling and @Pixie_Cosmo, I just about tolerate eating it. Pixie you are right about the sloppy ones, Longley farm is usually sold out when I go to buy, so that's probably why.
Brambling, will have to remember that, must admit I do put a thin scrape of low cal salad cream on a Ryvita before eating to, kill the taste a bit, but I'm eating it, £1.39 for a pot that lasts 2 lunches is a win.
I will admit, it's either the Cottage cheese or Ryvita that's having an effect on me but it's a mini hurricane some days.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

The longley farm cottage cheese is nice, I also prefer it to other cottage cheese.
I've a 4pound loss this week.
I seem to have hopefully turned a corner.
Hopefully it continuesDecluttering campaign 2023

I'll keep a lookout for the longley farm cottage cheese. I do add cottage cheese to the eggs and veg when I make a crustless quiche, it makes the eggs go further and adds to the protein
lovely loss Penny 👏👏 and everyone else 🙂
just a half pound loss for me this week, at lease I'm back to a minus number even if just
