Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 2nd Quarter 2025
Comments
-
1 lb loss for me this week it’s a loss so I’m happy with that sticking with the no snacks and no rubbish in the house3
-
half a Ib gain for me. :'(
Had another really good week. Ate even less then normal (combination of being busy and the heat) and I was more active then usual....... all of which apparently makes me fatter!
So its official. I give up!!
Giving myself a break and going to be sticking to maintenance levels for a week or two. Maybe if I relax abit I'll get my mojo back.

Well done Izzy definitely on a roll girl 👏👏
Catz my first response was to say don't give up but as my own chart shows I can relate to what you are saying and I agree sometimes you need breathing space to reset. We are near end of the challenge for this quarter so I think it's a good idea to forget about diets for awhile. Hope to see you back next challenge 🙂
I hope everyone has had a good weekend and are all set for the next week aheadLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5 -

work has been stressful. i am a stress eater. what could possibly go wrong? well amazingly despite a 3 week absence today's weigh in showed only a 1/2 pound gain @Brambling Which means I'm back down to 3.5/7. Can I pull it round and get my target? (determined look!)20*25 for 2025: 489 / 5006

Pleased that I can report a 1 lb loss.
That still only gets me to half a pound less than on 1 April but there's almost two weeks to quarter end.
(And I have to remember that I've stayed right in the middle of the "healthy BMI" range.)
So here's wishing everyone a good run up to the quarter's finishing post.4 -
@Brambling Another frustrated member here! I was really expecting a reduction this week after quite a bit of exercise and trying new salad options but STS again! Plus less hungry due to hot weather.5
