    I suspect I've put on a couple of pounds as I've fallen off after getting back on track. My bathroom scales weighed me at 16 stone 6, which doesn't seem right, and will see what I can do about sourcing a new set of scales.
    Edit to add that I'm 17 stone 9 and a half after using someone else's scales.

    i avoided the scales this week, my pre op weigh was in kg and I didn't convert, I got the usual lecture all very polite maybe because he's private!

    Hi Brambling. Sorry I am late. STS for me again I am afraid. Have upped the exercise again in the last 2 days. Had another meal out this week with 3 courses.🤦 . Otherwise been good though. I must really dig my heels in next quarter
