Appreciate that. Regarding the non-compliant NTH, what I am confused about (after reading the newbie and more recent threads) is when to appeal.
Should I appeal immediately, or wait until the 21 days are nearly over (to avoid the risk of the PPC re-issuing the NTH with the correct documents) ?
My appeal will be based on the fact that the NTH is non-compliant, does not include hire agreement, original NTK, liability agreement for hirer or landowner agreement documents,
I assume the initial appeal with Premier Parking will be rejected and they will provide some dossier to counteract the above with POPLA
