I HAVE JUST NOTICED A DISCREPANCY ON THE PCN CHARGE ONLINE!

The pan notice states the parking charge was issued on the 18th of March. However, I was not there on the 18th. I was there on the 15th and the pictures are time stamped accurately with the correct date and time on the 15th March. Does this make the PCN invalid? The lease company received the PCN notice on 28th march so this would still be within 14 days of 15th March. Does the incorrect date on the PCN payment make a difference ? The remaining details seem to be correct.

    Thanks again for your help!

Cctv won't assist this case . Never does

    Strategy

You should appeal the NtH if or when it arrives in the post from Premier Park Ltd, as hirer,  using the Edna Basher template and advice,  as Fruitcake stated, also checking if a copy of the hire contract or lease agreement came with the NtH letter  ( not any copy of the original NTK PCN letter that went to the hire company or lease company   )

No blabbing about who was driving or about the incident itself,  no stories about adjacent vehicles   ( 2 wrongs dont make a right  )

Plan A is definitely the best option here,  so complain about this to the retail park management company or agent,  or the landowner   ( the shops will be tenants,  so they would have no contract with Premier Park Ltd   )

Usually there are totems or signs mentioning the managing agents or landowner,  at the site,  or Google,  or ask the council who pays the business rates etc, or check out the land registry.

Savills or JLL are 2 common agents

Thanks, appreciate the advice. Does the fact that, the 'Issued on' date on the PCN does not match the date of the alleged parking breach (and dates/times on the pictures) change anything? Or are Premier Parking allowed to issue the charge on a different date to when the contravention occurred?

Both dates should be on the postal PCN , incident date and issue date

For a postal PCN,  the issue date of the pcn will always be later than the incident date

The parking company has 6 months to obtain keeper details and one month to get the postal notice to the keeper,  using the details obtained from the DVLA

We have not seen a redacted picture of the NtH yet, but discrepancies are useful,  as would be no copy of the contract,  so no hirer liability under POFA

    Issued on means 'posted'.

Obviously Next can't cancel it without a copy of the PCN. They lied. Get back onto Next.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks. Retail Park is in Bicester. No signage to say who the landowner or retail site managing agent is. If anyone knows, would be helpful. Ta

    Hi,

Hi I have now received the PCN nth. There is no copy of the lease or hire agreement with the NTH. Does this make it invalid? Or will they simply pursue the lease agreement and re-send?
