ok here are some comparisons for those who have asked.

Electric usage - Octopus daily unit rate 20.01 kwh used 10.08 cost £2.02 - Eon daily unit rate 22.35 kwh used 16.92 cost £3.78.  This is a one day comparison.
In fairness, although I appreciate that you may just have randomly picked a particularly high day, 10kWh use in a day, if that was pretty standard, would make you a high user.

I'm not sure you've been asked yet - how do you heat your hot water - is that via a gas boiler? If so, if there also an immersion heater/cylinder somewhere? If there is, have you checked that hasn't been accidentally switched on, as that would tally fairly closely with the sort of increase you're looking at.

I'd also question why you changed supplier, allowing that Eon's charges are higher than Octopus?

Anyone else here who can post a typical Eon bill please ?
Sure - here's mine (note I'm not the OP).

What also might be helpful is OP going to: https://www.eonnext.com/dashboard/accounts/meter-reads to see what their meter readings are classified as (as I'm not sure it's clear in the bill).

There is a table of readings with Smart/Manual/Estimate/Change of Supply next to each line.
