Scam : Enforcement notice High Court Bailiffs

I received a letter from HIGH COURT BAILIFFS today.. against my pending car parking charges.
But i am very sure that nothing is pending against me .
It seems scam ..
Is anyone received the same enforcement notice from same company

Note: it is mentioned on letter to make payment on www hcbde.org but this website is created on 10.3.2025 and owner identity is hidden

Definitely a scam as I emailed the parking charge limited company that this company say are their client. And they emailed me back with this response.

Also got an email from hcbde.org today after I contacted them as the woman who answers the phone says they only respond to emails and the phone number is for making payments. Their email threatens to send someone to my property this week to remove my assets inside and out and they they don't need my consent to enter as they will be bringing a locksmith!. 
These scammers are scum. There will be vulnerable people out there who will still so scared and anxious about this time of correspondence as it's very real looking on the surface. I hope my post can help prevent someone else from being scammed by these awful people. 
Also I contacted action fraud but they say I can't report them unless I've been the victim of fraud and unless I've sent this fake company money I'm technically nit a victim of fraud. Be vigilant!

Please tell your story to BBC's Watchdog, including the useless disinterested response from Action Fraud. Needs publicising.

Same happened with me .. i received an email yesterday evening (25.3.2025: 8.30 pm)  and same wording is mentioned in that email for me..
 
So be aware since fake people can visit at your home... Just !!!!!! them on the spot

They aren't visiting homes.

It's just a letter scam. Nothing else. No idea why anyone is ringing them except to laugh and scam-bait!

I received the same thing on that same day they also mentioned they coming  today  i logged in action fraud and reported it gave me a log reference  if they show up call police aswel

It would be good if people could report this scam to the bank they are using for payments or what ever provider it is and get those accounts shut down
