hcdeo.org is another one.

Ive contacted their hosting and domain registrar, and reported to NCA

They are the same people as hcdeb.org

I rang them and spoke to a girl, who said she responded to a job add, received a job offer via email, and started this morning,   she was concerned by the volume of calls coming in and the value of the claims,   she also advised - she wasnt taking payments - but sending them to the online service. - it is a massive scam,   I am sure will catch other people out.

I have reported this also on the scamadviser website.
