US Visa Document Delivery Address

Hi all, I apologise in advance if this is the wrong place to post this.
I have a US Visa appointment the following week in London and I was just going through the documents required for me to bring to the embassy. Upon reviewing the application, I'm a bit confused with one particular part. I clearly remember when I made the application choosing to have my documents delivered in Manchester. I even have the email stating the delivery address is Manchester. But now, when I go to the Online Account, it states that the documents would be delivered to London. Even if I go to amend the delivery address, the only two options are Belfast and London.
How is it that I get an email with delivery confirmation saying Manchester, but the online portal now says London. I'm really trying to avoid another trip to London to collect my documents and not sure where to ask about this.
Thank you!

I would think you need to contact the appropriate department of the US Embassy in London to get an expert response.0

Maybe you have to collect them from the visa office in London.
You need to ask them about this. We won't be able to tell you for sure.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

The London address that is now on the VISA Instruction page I have is a courier mailbox in London, so it is not the US Embassy Office.I tried getting in touch with someone today and just being kicked around and not getting through to anyone who can answer this. What a poor service. I'm honestly so annoyed right now that I can't even think straight. I'm at a point where I can't be asked to visit the US anymore.0

I reckon it's still the US Embassy who can deal with this.Do you mind clarifying why an ESTA is not appropriate ?None of my business of course, so please ignore if you so wish.0
