Hi.
Per today's newsletter about setting up an above Stocks and Shares account, with a £1 minimum for approx £40 of shares...
Can anybody advise where/how in the process of setting up the account do we add the MSE40 code in?
Thanks

I agree. It really wasn't obvious. When I found the Promo Code section, though it wouldn't allow me to put it in. It said I had already claimed my free shares. Not sure what to do now. I've put in the £1. Do I just wait?0

Thanks for that. Opened a 212 investing account a few days ago but didn't find a decent promo. Just tried this one and apparently I have received shares in BMW.

Need to log in tomorrow to see them though.• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.0 -
I've got shares in BP. Not feeling great about that!
Do I just leave it in? What's everyone else doing? It does look like a bit of fun to leave it!0 -
I'm going to leave it in, bit of a random punt as this is nothing like the kind of company I would have normally bought.CrazyCatLady22 said:I've got shares in BP. Not feeling great about that!

I find recent BMW's (but only, ironically, the most expensive ones) repulsively ugly and vulgar looking these days, but based on the amount of them in my street I am willing to be proved wrong by their end of year results.

So, I’ve just opened a 212 account using the mse40 code. All fairly easy, and I added £20 of my own money. However, it’s allocated me shares with Tesla. Yes, I know it says randomly generated, but honestly they couldn’t have picked a worse company right now!!?Do you think I should sell straight away, I can’t see my little investment increasing.. Elon Musk not exactly popular right now. Do you know if you can choose which company to go with? F I sell these shares, how do I allocate the money to another one? As you can see, I’m useless on this.. thanks in advance.0

Personally I'd dump the tesla shares out of principle. Financially this may be a great buying opportunity for your 40 quid. Who knows....Zebra76 said:So, I’ve just opened a 212 account using the mse40 code. All fairly easy, and I added £20 of my own money. However, it’s allocated me shares with Tesla.
