    @sky_rat it is possible to be on the  electoral roll at an address but not be ordinarily  resident there,  some students and apprentices  meet that criteria as do some military personnel

    No, I’m trying to understand how I should have added my daughter at 16 when there isn’t that option in the website !People keep saying that’s what I should have done but they don’t give you an option to do that !
