There's a thread on here somewhere about wifi calling on Lebara and a somewhat convoluted way of turning it on.It worked for me so maybe worth a try?1

PHK said:The provisioning relates to the SIM not the handset.
You have a SIM only contract, the SIM should be provisioned for VoLTE because you can use the SIM in any phone or device of your choice. It's not like you bought the two together as a package.
They should not refuse to provision the SIM just because the current handset it is in, is one they haven't tried.
One difficulty with buying a SIM only contract is that you'll get poor support for the handset, certainly from budget providers where you need to be quite technical.
If I was you, I'd just call them and ask them to provision your SIM for VoLTE. Don't get into a discussion about handsets.
Apparently they tried a sim reset, which cancelled location info and reset that, but still no WiFi calling, VoLTE or 4g.
This is immensely frustrating (particularly since I have no clue what I'm talking about!!)😞0 -

Thanks @J_B I believe I've tried most (if not all) possible solutions listed in that thread. Tbh, I've given up and gone with Lebara (mse deal) and lo and behold, I have Wifi calling/VoLTE/4G.You're right @PHK - terrible customer service from spusu - what a shame (although tbf, one representative's reponse was that I should switch provider). So far no problem with Lebara0
