    Our resident house price crash troll is likely to have an aneurism at the idea though... ;)

    The response will be something like this.....

    It will likely fall through during the valuation phase of the purchase process as it won't be worth as much in this dying market, you will have to rescue your price by £50k and just accept that because the market is crashing.
