MSE mods will remove your link at some point.
However, I think the house looks very nice. Clean, modern and very well presented.

Is the timeline correct?  The dates aren't in order, but allowing for that, the listed/sold amounts don't make sense (or rather might suggest some kind of problem with the property)

yes it went on the market on monday wich was the 10/03/25 and i have a viewing on 14/03/25

the price difference is because it was shared ownership when i got it in 2016 so its the first time its been sold at full price.

Good luck.  It's so nice you have steps up to your bed for your dog :)

The only thing I'd pick up on is there isn't a lot of room between the end of your bed and the corner of the wall. Don't know if you can move everything a bit more towards the window to make that gap wider and retake the photo, other than that, looks great.

The power lines may put some buyers off but there's nothing you can do about them. The details don't provide any information about the heating system (which seems to be gas) but is it a combi boiler etc. What is in the cupboard off the bedroom that has the vents in it? Was it /is it the hot water tank.

Photos look good although you can see some are quite a wide angle. Overall, very nicely presented. Double parking space outside is a bonus. How easy is it to install an EV car charging point?

Consider what questions a buyer may come up with (actual council tax cost, how well is the loft insulated, any other regular maintenance charges that you are liable for, any covenants, nearby shops). Get the answers ready and to hand. If an estate agent is doing the viewings you can be assured they won't have a clue so write them down and leave the info on view. We have just been through the buying and selling trauma and our buyers really appreciated this kind of information.

Best of luck with the viewing

Maybe a few coloured accessories in some of the rooms that are a little bit too neutral, just throws cushions artwork maybe? You have that lovely mustard colour in the bedroom which just makes the room stand out a bit. It’s a lovely home, I just think you could make it a little bit more memorable and striking.
I’m nitpicking here, I’m sure if it’s sensibly priced it’ll soon sell.
