Sold for £65,000 in 2016.Highest price on that street recently has been £170,000 for a 3 bed house. It's only 2 bed - so marketing at £200,000 it may just be over-priced.1

It looks really nice
The only thing I noted and would obviously want to change is the big hole in the unit around the pipes from the washbasin.
As someone else noted, the past sales timeline looks confused.
Is it priced right for the area?
If so, and only listed this month, maybe give it some more time. Only the first weekend of viewings following first full week as listed. Maybe warmer weather will stimulate the market.0 -
As per other posts, you've just told a whole lot of strangers on the internet where you live. One day someone who lives near to me is going to do this and I'm going to have to resist the temptation to go have a look at their house.
Also as per other posts, the house looks nice. Nothing fancy, but a nice looking small family home. It doesn't compare well to other sale prices nearby. Can you justify the price without deciding that your house is more special than it is? (It's not uncommon for people to do that.)

Personally would have gotten rid of the pet bowl, some people are going to think they are going to have to get rid animal smells or change the carpets etc and would move or remove the close up of the log burner, makes it look like its eating up so much of the lounge but the later photos make it look less bad.
Dont know what camera they used to take the photos but some of the distortions dont do the best for the property or just feel wrong. It's probably far from unique though and it's much less common for agencies to use proper photographers these days.
I'd question the valuation, a flat sold on the same road for £141k in December which is actually 15% bigger than the house and had its own garden. A freehold house is clearly going to be more valuable but not sure if nearly 50% more for a smaller place is right. Certainly here the premium for a house isnt that much but dont know your local market.

On the floor plan what's the black square in one of the bedroom0

It looks small to me - for example only two chairs at the dining table and it looks difficult to walk around some of the furniture. Is there anything that you can do to make it look bigger on the photos? And yes, remove the photo of the pet bowl, that may put some off.0
