Just to clarify, and hopefully this does not mean that I’m as stupid as the judge:

Is there anything I need to do in relation to the General Form of Judgement or Order dated 17 Nov 2025 (see above)?

Or do I now just need to wait for mediation?

I would think it will now proceed as normal,  with mediation next,  as you rightly say

You may receive a paper N180 in the post,  so file away if it arrives

hi, following mediation, my claim has been transferred to EDMONTON on 08/01/2026.

does this mean that I will likely need to go to court to challenge this?

    Many thanks!

Is this the court you requested in your N180, then yes, you will unless it states it is a telephone or video hearing.  Was there a date set for the hearing and did they indicate a date for submission of witness statement and evidence?

yes, this is the court I request in my N180.  I haven't received any notice regarding a hearing date or witness statement/evidence submissions.

Is there still a chance UK Parking Control Limited/DCB Legal Ltd will withdraw?

You must attend a hearing otherwise you will receive a default.  That's if it gets that far

UKPC cases are mostly rubbish, signs playing a big part.

DCBL will no doubt contact you offering a discount which you ignore, they try it on.

NO DOUBT DCBL ADDED A FAKE AMOUNT TO THEIR CLAIM, COURTS DO NOT LIKE FAKERS so there is every chance they will discontinue because they will not want a court spanking taking a fake to court and you can claim your costs.  This is game that 100's of people play with DCBL. Do not be sucked in by TRY IT ON'S

    100% they will!

I'd hoped you knew by now, this is the end game. Over 750 examples on @Umkomaas' thread tell you when to expect the NoD!
