    Yes.

    Being pedantic, this isn't true:

"on 4 March 2025, I was shocked to receive"

You didn't 'receive' anything on that day.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You’re quite right and, also being pedantic, I’ll move the date so it reads “I was shocked to receive a Judgment for Claimant (in default) letter dated 4 March 2025”.

Thanks again for the help, truly appreciated.

hi, I have received a General Directions Order and a General form of judgement or order.

The GDO mention the parties have the right to apply to have the order set aside within 7 days.
However, the General form of judgement or order states that the judgement against me be and is hereby set aside.

I assume this means I don't need to do anything, but would be great if someone is able to confirm.

    Many thanks in advance.

Post a redacted picture of the paperwork,  pictures are much better than anecdotes

Copy and paste your claim history below from the MCOL website

OK, now that we can see them then it's been set aside and your case will proceed as usual,  due to you beating the opposition with filing dates versus judgment dates

Your MCOL claim history should show you where the case is at,  otherwise nothing further for you to do until the N180 DQ stage,  so keep following the 12 steps
