not very good at this, here is the GDO
Great! We told you they'd have to do this because your defence beat the date of the Judgment. Back on track now.

Please now edit the title of your thread to state the Claimant and solicitor firm and that this is a defended claim.

Your next steps are in the Template Defence thread. Did you use the template defence?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hello!

It’s been a while, but have an update and need a little help with next steps.

On 19 Nov 2025, I received an email notification for mediation appointment on 2 Jan 2026 (HNY to me!).

Yesterday, I received a General Form of Judgement or Order dated 17 Nov 2025.
However, the date stamp on the envelope is 20 Nov 2025.

In the letter it mentions having the right to apply to have the Order set aside, varied or stayed within seven days of this Order.

Was there something I needed to do?

Also, other than sending my contact details for mediation, is there anything else I need to do or be aware of?

    Many thanks, as always!

You mention send the DQ now.  Do you mean send the DQ as soon as I receive it?
