    Sorry one more thing:

For this paragraph should I just put the bit about being the registered keeper or shall I add not being the driver too as below?

The facts in this defence come from the Defendant's own knowledge and honest belief.  The Defendant is unable, on the basis of the POC, to understand with certainty what case, allegation(s) and what heads of cost are being pursued, making it difficult to respond. However, the vehicle is recognised and it is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper but not the driver.

    Hello,

After submitting my defence I have received this letter today. It states that I will need to inform the Court that I agree to mediation.

It also states that the Claimants completed Directions Questionnaire is enclosed, but the Questionnaire is not completed and is blank is this a tactic of some sort by Gladstone Solicitors.

How do I inform the Court? What should be my next step please?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I did not realise, from what I understand I am not required to do anything at this stage and I am to wait for the Court to send me the DQ. If I have read this wrong please feel free to correct me. Thank you.

I have just tried to email UK Car park management limited the N180 and it appears that the only email address that bounces back an auto response is the sales one..I wonder whether this is another tactic so they can argue they did not received the N180. I have already emailed: sales@uk-cpm.com, info@uk-cpm.com, info@uk-carparkmanagement.co.uk

Is there another email address that I can send the N180 to?

But you don't send it to therm!  Companies use solicitors for a reason.

Oh ok, I thought because it said to serve it on all parties. I have sent it to them too but to their sales email and I received an email response (silly me) It has been sent to the Court and to the Solicitors and confirmation received from both. Thank you @Coupon-mad you are so helpful  :)

I’ve been given a mediation date for this month, but I don’t have much to contribute beyond stating that the identity of the driver on the day is unknown, and that the Particulars of Claim do not clearly specify the nature of the alleged breach.

Would that be sufficient for the mediation? I want to ensure that I’m not seen as being uncooperative. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
