@ChirpyChicken I did a subject Access request with DVLA, it appears that a check was ran on the car to see who the car was registered to 2 days after they visited the address.
The car is registered to me but I have the receipt to show my mother is the owner, am just the keeper to help her keep track.
I have now moved the car into the drive and have displayed the disable badge on it.
Hopefully when next they come this will keep them away and stop them coming to my mum's house.
Is there anything else I should be aware of?

If you can prove ownership thats all the matters, It may get clamped when they visit BUT that clamp is removed as soon as ownership is proved
Just never let them in even if unintentional
