Did you get them without the survey?
I checked with relative - he says he may well have done but doesn't remember being offered a reward.

This is the email I received.
To help us improve, we’d like to invite you to complete a short survey. As a thank you, you’ll receive some free CMC Invest merchandise* – a 500ml Chilly’s bottle, notebook, cable charger and tote bag – once you’ve completed the survey.
Go to survey <link removed>
Thank you,
CMC Invest
The survey took around 2-3 minutes.

This is the standard rate (no boost) and comfortably puts it at the top of the league tables, but I don't yet see it listed as such. I cannot see clear information on withdrawal timelines, but again perhaps someone can give personal experience.
Not the fastest then compared with previous experiences of T212, Chip, etc.
I guess it isn't a problem unless you need access to the cash quickly.
I initiated the withdrawal specifically to check on how long it would take as I do draw down from my Cash ISAs on a monthly basis to cover household expenditure.
I'll report back on how long it actually takes compared to the quoted 3 to 5 working days.0 -
