I contacted DCB legal today to see whether they would still be open to settle the case for a low offer, they said as the case is in only 3 days that isn't a possibility. It looks like the case is going ahead. My question is, If I lose the case and pay straight away , will my credit be affected before the court remove the CCJ from my record?

No there's no effect because the judgment gets immediately cleared when you pay (if you lose).

Why did you contact them? Nobody suggested that. A FAR better use of these last few days would be to go through their WS with a fine tooth comb and look at the signs, the landowner authority et al.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have been doing that, its also worth noting that the PPC no longer provides service to the land and it has been taken over by another firm, I dont know whether thats something i could use to my advantage?

Nope, no advantage at all, as long as they had landowner authority on the incident date
