No - totally unconnected because DCB Legal never join up any dots and rarely seem to even look at individual cases. It's all about bulk litigation.

OK, so assume there will be a hearing but check your junk email daily. That's where people often discover NoDs.

Who signed their WS? A DCB Legal who had never been near the car park? Do they excuse themselves from attending the hearing, in their email attaching the WS?

How much of an overstay and why?

  • My court case was discontinued in January! I only found out today when I spent an hour on the phone to speak to the court as I realised my date to attend was next week.
I had nothing from DCB thieves to inform me that it was discontinued.

If it hasn't been discontinued then highly unlikely to be discontinued at this stage.
I would email the court listing's office..don't waste your time phoning.

The WS was signed by the head of bulk litigation. The WS mentions they may not be able to attend an upcoming hearing and that an advocate will take their place if that is the case.

It was 30mins over the free 1 hr time, purely because the place of business I visited was busy, the manager of which has confirmed I was a visitor there and has asked all action be dropped.

What day is the hearing this week?
You seemed to have ignored my advice by asking about the fee.
Email the court immediately that your hearing is at and ask if its still in the list
    It's that simple

Never seen a single Euro ticket go to a hearing.

Anyone know if this one went ahead?

I have not received a reply from the court yet, but i can see that DCB legal have added the £27 Hearing fee to the total amount when I login to the payment page on their website, so it seems that the hearing fee has been paid.
