DCB Legal - discontinuation likely?

Hello all,
I have a County court date this week set for a parking invoice being pursued by DCB legal. Thanks to this forum I have been able to follow every step so far, including my defence and witness statement, that both me and the claimant have submitted. The crux of my defense and witness statement is essentially, the manager of the business I was visiting on the date of the invoice has requested the case be dropped, therefore there is no case to answer.
Based on the extensive experience of those on this forum, how likely is it that DCB legal discontinue just days ahead of the court date? I'm just trying to get an idea of whether or not the court date is likely to go ahead.
Thank you.

They have a history of discontinuing and not paying the hearing fee, yet sometimes people haven't a clue until they check
Not receiving their WS bundle is a definite sign, if true
