Help with LPG

Hi all,
In need of advice with my LPG. Long story short i have been in dispute with Calor since September 2023. It included gas delivered to another property which had a similar address and billed to my account. I refused to pay and multiple hopeless customer service agents said that they would refund. This went on until January of this year with me phoning once a month. They also issued statements that showed false credits and incorrect deliveries.
I was receiving final reminder letters monthly.
Fast forward to Dec 2024 i filed an offical complaint and got more sense. Basically thr gas was mine, delivered to me 6 months before it showed on my account and no delivery note was given nor did i request the delivery. I have had to pay as i was desperate for gas.
I have now ran out of gas for a week and im having no luck with getting confirmation of delivery date.
My questions are-
1. I am out of contract. Can i approach another supplier for an emergency fill although Calor own the tank?
2. Which suppliers are reliable to switch once this is sorted?
I have never seen such awful customer service and blatant lies from a company. Awful service. Need to switch asap but also desperate for gas. I was hoping to get a tank from calor although the price would be ridicilous and then switch but now worried i will be waiting for weeks for gas. I have no faith in Calor!!!!

In answer to question 2, I have been with Flogas for about 6 years now for bulk LPG. Never had any problems, they use telemetry to determine tank levels etc and tank hasn't gone below 15-20% at a guess. 2 year contracts and currently paying 51ppl (probably cheaper around but I'm happy with service from Flogas).
Also they are quite happy to be in debit to them without hassling you. I'm currently -£400 on my account with about 60% in tank so know over summer this will equal out etc.0 -
Sadly no other firm can fill that tank while it belongs to them. The switch though should be easy enough and your history with firm "A" should have no impact to switching to firm "B" the tank ownership transfers and you will be renting the tank from the new people.0
