Ok had a read through - i notice that a lot more info left in. How is this ? Are you able to advice on next moves in the defence?

In my defence, should one state at this stage that i was the driver. Currently it is left unstated whom the driver was. My reason for not making the parking payment was due to not being able to physically access the machine at the time due to non functioning machine and long queue of people trying to work out how to make payment.
