I am currently pre-diabetic and the programme I'm on still suggests having oats as part of your fibre intake. This is in conjunction with NHS guidelines.
As I understand it, oats are low on the glycaemic index so they are more slowly digested giving better blood glucose levels. Though our nutritionist suggests having the larger less processed oatsMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
