Good morning @Fruitcake. I agree - dashcam is a good idea, for many reasons - and is worth investing into.As for the second "parking" claim at Bristol airport, you were right - the alleged offence happened outside the VCS controlled zone. You have previously kindly shared the map proving this, and I had long correspondence with VCS during the appeal process (again, under your instructions). The only reason I did not complete the process and forced VCS to give up was because of the family circumstances - and I should have followed your advice after the successfully dismissal of the other "parking" case. My mistake.0

Good morning @Coupon-mad. Thank you for your advice. I will get in touch with my MP, he has already helped me to cancel the incorrectly issued PCR in Bristol airport. In the meantime, I contacted my employer and asked them to cancel PCR for the incorrectly recorded overnight stay in their car park, managed by TPS. I was promised a response within 48 hours - will keep you updated.2

Good morning @Sloppyjoe @Nellymoser @Coupon-mad @Fruitcake. I have contacted the car park owner (and my employer), stated that the car was used elsewhere and PCN was issued in error. I referred to the earlier case when in another car park (co-managed by my employer) I was issued PCN for passing through it and NOT parking (here is the thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6454293/parking-charge-for-passing-through-car-park#latest). TPS refused to acknowledge the obvious ANPR issue on that occasion, and I had to provide evidence and threaten the Welsh Pool with legal action, particularly for the breach of GDPR/Data protection and allowing TPS to access my data.I stated that double dipping is a known failure of ANPR systems, which are not allowed to be used in government buildings. TPS should expect a significant number of these double visit errors every week, mine is just one of them. Crucially, it just makes no sense for our car to be parked in the employer-managed car park overnight, as the above PCN claims, because we need it to taxi our three young children around the city every evening.I have asked PCN to be cancelled so I dedicate my time working for my employer, rather than fighting them. After two email exchanges, I was told to follow the official TPS complaints process and again explain all the reasons I provided. Interestingly, I was told that based on the facts I provided that "PCN will not stand".Back to the drawing board - thinking about how to phrase my appeal to TPS

Just appeal saying how angry the landowner is about a clear 'double dip' ANPR failure (explain the timings). Say that you were told that based on the facts you provided that "the PCN will not stand" and you need TPS to find the orphan images they missed, admit this was a double dip, and cancel it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you @Coupon-mad. I am waiting to see if one of my neighbors might have recorded my car coming in and out of the driveway during the period in question. In this case I can attach the image that will prove TPS wrong.0

What about the places you dropped the children off. Would they any evidence of your attendance.1
-
Hi @Nellymose. We dropped and collected kids in school for the after-school activities. The other parents would be happy to provide witness statements, but I doubt that the school would share its CCTV recordings with me to refute TPS claims0

Remember the onus is on the claimant in court to prove their claim, not on you to disprove it.And if it's not even gone anywhere near court, don't go out of your way to try and quash what is just an invoice.2
