Help Needed: Seeking Refund from Wizz Air for Non-Functional "All You Can Fly" Subscription

I successfully purchased the subscription on 12 December 2023 after failing to do so last year. Unfortunately, my experience with the subscription has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts over the past couple of months, I have been unable to book a single flight using the subscription.
Most recently, I have spent the last four days trying to book a flight from Pristina to Luton (as well as from Skopje and Tirana which has three flights a day) without success. According to the terms and conditions, flights should be available for booking up to three days in advance, but there have been no available seats during this period. This is despite the fact that tickets are consistently available for purchase through the normal booking system.
I have contacted your customer service team both by phone and online chat, but the responses I received were unsatisfactory and did not resolve the issue. They just refer to their terms and conditions.
While I understand that the terms and conditions state that availability may be limited at times, the complete inability to book any flights at all makes the subscription unusable. This feels unreasonable and unfair, and I am deeply concerned that the product is not functioning as advertised, to put it bluntly it feels like a scam.
Wizzair is refusing to refund the money 599.00 Euro
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could anyone advise on the best way to escalate this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!

Guess this is the "all you can fly"?
Their terms state you can cancel within the first 30 days for a refund. After that you are no longer eligible for a refund:
"Refund for Withdrawal After 30 Days: Unfortunately, after the first 30 days of purchasing All You Can Fly, you are no longer entitled to a refund. You are also no longer entitled to a refund if you have used the voucher for your first flight."
They state you are not guaranteed to be able to book a flight:
"Please note that flight and seat availability seen in the normal booking flow does not guarantee that the available flights and seats for All You Can Fly members will be the same. This is because availability of flight tickets with All You Can Fly is subject to certain limitations and restrictions"

Edit: the wording is clearer in the Ts & Cs themselves, and is the latter meaning ("You are only able to book flights between 3 days (72 hours) and 3 hours before departure")!0 -
The whole scheme seemed to be a con from the beginning. There was no guarantee that any seats would be available, if they were and you travelled from A to Be, you could only try to get a return seat 3 days before you wanted to come home, and if there weren't any, you would have to pay a premium price with another airline to do so. Many saw it as nothing more than a means to bolster the cash position of the airline, it would be interesting to hear from anyone who bought the offer and found it easy to use!0

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It certainly appears to be designed as a scam. While quoting terms and conditions is one thing, the inability to book a single seat for nearly three months makes it feel like a complete rip-off. It’s astonishing that they can operate in such a deceptive manner and seemingly get away with it.I’ve decided to pursue legal action and will see what the courts have to say about this situation.0

I think if you lived near to a Wizz hub airport you'd have alot more options on the flights, but a catch all type offer that is affectively indefinable in it's benefit for most people isnt great PR, shrewd perhaps but not ethical.

If you lived near Luton and wanted to grab last minute weekend breaks to anywhere, that would be a great deal. If you are constrained to a limited number of routes, it is not a good deal.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages, student & coronavirus Boards, money saving boards.
