NTK received for Encroaching on Hatched markings at Retail Park

Hi Guys
I have recently recieved a NTK from UKPC (no windscreen ticket) - the vehicle was parked at a retail park with free parking in the last bay of a line of parking bays however with one side of the vehicle slightly (approx 1 foot) encroaching on the hatched lines that were marked adjacent to the bay- It did NOT affect or impact another parking bay. We have a rather large vehicle and it was positioned this was to allow enough room to get out - as the adjacent vehicle was effectively complete at the edge of its bay albeit just about within the lines
The wording states 'Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space'
I have reads the newbies thread and intend to write to the land owner - but i need to submit my appeal (only a few days left to the 28 days). The appeal template on the newbies thread (blue writing) seems like it is more for overstays - however can somebody please provide some assistance as to what points I can make that will assist my appeal in regards not parking correctly within the bay.
The NTK simply states they operate with the BPA code of practice - however does not state any links to any regulatory bodies. Also the NTK advises to appeal to an email address linked directly to the issueing company rather than a regulatory body.
Having checked the pictures on the online portal linked to this charge notice - from the sign picture uploaded it is difficult to make out what the sign actually says.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance
Regards

There are no regulatory bodies, at the moment, never have been , perhaps later this year ? We have been waiting for 6 years for regulation so far
Name the parking company involved, and the retail park and location too

My apologies - I read the newbies thread advice was based on what trade body the parking firm were part of.
The NTK is headed as: UKPC - UKPARKINGCONTROL.COM and on the reverse side: UK Parking Control Ltd.
The Retail park was: Capitol Centre, London Way, Preston
Also not sure where i can access the information to complain to the landowner - we visited several shops on the retail park so would it be advised to write to all of them with my complain?

You want the retail park management company, who manage the site on behalf of the actual landowners ( landowners could be an investment company, hedge fund, pension fund, British Land, foreign investors etc )
You want to complain to the management company who actually employed UKPC, see the advice given in the following thread
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6337652/how-to-find-details-of-landowner
And
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6588966/locating-the-landowner-of-a-ppc-managed-site/p1
Not knowing the details doesn't change the advice
As for being outside of the marked bay, study other examples on here over the last couple of years and follow the same appeal advice , you already replied to one of them
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6559884/please-help-ukpc-on-red-lines/p1
You will note that one aspect of the advice in the newbies sticky thread is to check for keeper liability under POFA 2012, some companies fail on this regularly, hence why I asked you for the parking company name
You have mentioned nothing about it yet1 -
i mentioned on my earlier reply that the parking company is UK Parking Control Ltd0
-
I know, because I replied
But you haven't stated if UKPC complied with POFA or not1
