Please could you edit your thread title now to the stage you're at? It makes no sense staying as it is.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Group Nexus DCB Legal court claim 20251 -
After a stressful house move I hadn't heard anything and thought they may have discontinued, got a call from previous letting agent to ask to collect some post form their office, sure enough there are several letters. Also several letters from the estate agent I used to live above who regularly got my letters due to the postman confusing my address with theres (Our addresses were the same, mine had "A" on the end). Never helped the situation with PPC's and often means I missed letters with deadlines.
1. From DCB Legal on behalf Group Nexus saying they intend to proceed with their claim and there will be a directions questionaire sent over shortly and if I want to settle. Dated 3rd April.
2. I had a directions questionnaire posted on 10th April (awful scanned copy which is almost sideways on the paper).
Did not see either of them until this morning. I moved into this new place on 19th April, however both of those letters had gone to the estate agents beneath my previous address and during all the stress of moving I hadn't been there to check and they never bothered telling me I had anything.
What's my move now, I assume I need to check if there's a CCJ on my file and if so contact the court to get it set aside. Am I still able to defend my claim considering I did not get these letters?
I also have a 2nd Claim now from DCB legal for Euro Car Parks which is dated 14th May which I need to deal with of course I can prove I didn't get those letters due to not being there. I changed my address with DVLA on 4th May (have email proof).
On top of this I've been stopped by the Police twice because my car has been cloned (have to drive around with red reflective tape on my license plate now so Police know I'm the original driver!) so I may not have even been the driver with some of these PCN's I'm getting - any way I can use this with the courts, I have a crime reference number.

The parking company are only allowed to access the dvla database once per incident, so cannot check for up to date addresses on the dvla database for historical cases
Please start a new thread about the second separate court claim
As for this one, login to MCOL ASAP and copy and paste your claim history below
Ideally download the N180 DQ document, fill it in , save it and email it to the DQ email address ASAP, see the 12 steps in the defence template sticky thread and the guidance in the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
Email the DPO at the parking company plus CC the lawyers plus the CNBC correct email address giving your correct address for the service of papers and to erase the old address ASAP, known as a Data Rectification Notice, to get your old details removed and replaced by current contact details3 -

Only the CNBC would know
Personally I would email it ASAP and then email the claims handling section stating the problems with your moving addresses etc, also letting the other parties know the new address via the Data Rectification Notices I mentioned earlier
You may well be facing a ccj, but it hasn't happened yet
Its a shame that you didn't keep an eye on your claim history2 -
