Coupon-mad said:Months.Hi thanks, i logged in and checked my Mcol. it says that "Your claim was transferred to ********* on 18/06/2025"Its been transferred to my local court. How long is it normally till a letter comes in post now?I had a missed call from dcb today also I think.0

Ignore dcb legal calls ( its not dcbl )
As coupon mad stated earlier, months ! Depends on the court and how busy or backlogged they are
Mcol wont be of any use now, their but part has ended
It may be a couple of months before you hear anything from the court, then the hearing date could be later this year, or next year, that court order will have the deadlines on it, so study it and work out your own deadline, but it's typically 2 or 4 weeks before the hearing date3 -

Hi, i received letter in post yesterday, it saysDate: 18 June 2025"To all parties, this claim has been transferred to the County Court in (my local one) for allocation. On receipt, the file will be referred to a procedural judge who will allocate the claim to track and give case management directions. Details of the judge's decision will be sent to you in a notice of allocation".1

It says county court hearing on 14th august 2025.
Claimant has until 24th july 2025 to pay trial fee of £27.
It also says each party must deliver to the other party and court office copies of all documents no later than 14 days before hearing.
So it looks like need to send witness statement by maximum 31st july?
So is there a chance case might get struck out before i even submit witness statement, if they fail to pay fee?
