Download it and complete it anyway,  regardless of whether the letter comes,  because you email it to the DQ email address,  not post, no paperwork involved 

Personally I would Download it today,  fill it in and email it today,  but definitely by Monday at 4pm, checking your inbox and spam folder for the email auto response from the CNBC in Northampton

I downloaded it and filled in and emailed it on Friday 9th. I got acknowledgement of email received from the DQ email address. My submission isn't showing up on the MCOL yet, hopefully soon, but email was sent for sure on 9th so hopefully they update it.

hi, i emailed them on 9th, but no update showing on my mcol, how long do they usually take to update on there?

2 weeks. If it doesn't update by the last week in May, email it again.

I think they received it now as just received the email for mediation appointment in first week of June.

The Mcol was updated to show DQ sent to them on 20th May. I am now getting a witness statment drafted in preperation for next steps!

I've been waiting since late April for an update on MCOL, still nothing. I've emailed again.

I had mediation call, offered a low amount, was rejected, about 1 week later received an email notification confirming mediation call attempted.
How long is it normally until witness statement is required?
