According to this all providers should be members of an Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme. It then lists providers and the scheme they are a member of.
Can't see RWG anywhere on the list.

Like a lot of others, I am having problems with RWG.
I only joined them a little under two weeks ago and have been completely unable to send or receive calls or texts in that time. Most frustratingly. I ported my number over and am now effectively locked out of my online banking because I can't receive my OTPs.
On the support page of the RWG website is a large "Communications Ombudsman" banner, under which they proudly claim to be a member of the scheme for dispute resolution. However, when visiting the Communications Ombudsman website to raise a dispute, RWG is not listed, nor is their parent company "Iwithacircle"
Have they lied about being a member, or are they listed under another name?
Just spoke to someone at the Communications Ombudsman and apparently RWG are a member under the name RWGMOBILE. It still doesn't show on the list but at least it means a complaint can be made.
  • I have had lots of issues with RWG over the last few months, and they are now on the Communications Ombudsman dropdown list, select RWG on the drop down menu and let them know the issues you are having and the resolution you would like. They are friendly and will help resolve the issue and can even award compensation.

Where did you see that Alan? I also have one of the original 100/100/750 SIMs which I use quite regularly and had no problems with service.

For anyone chasing RWG:  Companies House .gov lists one Andrew Davies as a director with connections to NOW PAYG,  RWG mobile, IWithacircle, and a number of other telecoms investment and consultancy companies.
Hence it appears many are interlinking companies or "phoenix" companies borne from the ashes of liquidated companies.
