Lovely to see you Beanie, see our main Man has been making a prat of himself these last few weeks.

I am not speaking to him until he sorts himself out and gives his head a shake:rotfl:

Have to agree on the man!
The stick I got after his rant in our local paper was scarey :rotfl:

OK mortgage statement is in and the current balance is £36263 with a remaining term of 12 years.

I have updated signature to reflect this and am now off to do some sums to work out how quickly I can get this down again.

Credit card statement has arrived at scary total of £2091:eek:

To tackle this I have applied for a PO 0% credit card via quidco for £35 cashback fee which will almost offset the £49 balance transfer fee. I plan to get rid of this balance in 10 months while tackling the mortgage at same time.

Current Mortgage balance stands at £35888.76
    Credit cards balance = £1913.33

Onwards and downwards. I should be able to pay a bit more off the mortgage at the end of the month.
