Morning all. Good luck with the training Round.
Today I have cancelled two meet up with friends so will do Tuesdailies and any other flying I can fit in.
Wordle in three, connections with two lives lost, strands with two hints.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.8 -
Morning all, It's another dry but cold start to the day here.
My list for today
Attend uni lectures
Do paid stuff
Activate new bank card whilst in town. Forgot to take the card with me.
Take the dog for a long walk
Empty the living room bin
Put laundry away which was done at the weekend
Dust the living room
Check for cobwebs in the living room
Do some exam revision
Do some work on uni assignment (aiming for 100 words, doing little bits at a time)
Hoover the living carpet
HHme time
I think that is everything that I need to get done today. I hope everyone has a lovely Tuesday.7 -
I'm sorry you had such an awful week Valli and I hope the driving ceases without too much faff.Jazee I'm sorry you've been feeling unwell and that clears up very soon. *Healing vibes*I've been feeling pretty grim myself, neither flyng nor posting but I have kept up. I've had so many blood samples taken that it feels as though I've sprung several leaks, but it looks like they've tracked down the cause and I'm seeing another GP on Thursday and hoping for some answers then. I'm back on my feet and flying very gently; yesterday was paperwork which didn't go particularly well but every little helps. At least my desk looks tidier.Today's job is washing dusters and carrying on with the bookshelves. Three to go.Weight-wise I'm all over the place and weighing myself out of interest more than anything else because the inflow and the outflow so to speak have been very unbalanced, so the numbers aren't realistic.Better is good enough.8

Morning all,
Had my GS yesterday so nothing got done and because of the bad weather we didn't visit Great Nana and Grandad. Mummy brought over play dough 😒 but luckily he didn't want to play with it for long.
So far, I've made my bed, had coffee and played my phone games.
Loaded and put on the DW, emptied and cleaned all the bins and picked up all the neighbours rubbish from my front garden.
Made another coffee and tried to tell the DVLA about my epilepsy (thank you ladies for talking about the DVLA and reminding me) but it seems it can't be done online so I've messaged DD1 to see if she can print the forms off for me.

Good to have you back on your feet, HB, but please don't overdo it xx
Fingers crossed for completion without further hiccups, Narc0, and I hope the letter turns up xx
Yesterday W and I spent a very pleasant afternoon making cakes for the church coffee morning on Saturday. She took samples of each home with her.
I've done the dailies and asked DH to strip his bed. Off for a blood test myself at 11.30, then I am invited to school dinner with W, and will shop on the way home, and after a welcome cuppa I'll take Rosie for a walk. She's very quiet today. DH is going to SW this morning and model railway club this afternoon.
It's been a lovely sunny start to the day. There are a few white fluffy clouds on the horizon but they are expected to disperse around lunchtime without raining on us.

🐸'that' shelf
This week I'm continuing my MAD clear/ clean/ organisation of 'that' shelf. It'll involve sorting the shelf above as well, just because I have a 🐝 in my bonnet about swapping the contents over. I think a MAD HH per day should be doable (note there's no end date 😬)
Before we went away, I measured my aperture & bought a make-up organiser thingy and actually put some make-up in it! Also chucked a couple of gunky skincare bits lurking in the bottom of the old container they were stored in - chucked the container too.
Adding to list 'Buy more organise-y bits for MAD 🐸 project'
Apologies for rambling - been saving it up for nearly a week 😃"I started out with nothing
And still got most of it left"

My RoD shelves, and each and every single book on them has been individually dusted. I've found books that I didn't know I had (both grandmothers, my mother when she she was married to her first husband, and my father's first Army bible when he joined up in 1945 as a volunteer. Treasures. Some of the others are interesting that I keep more out of habit but there's no need for them to go. They mattered to someone once. I'm looking forward to organising them so some non-book treasures can come down from the attic because I love them and they've been languishing up there for a very long time.I've also cleaned out the three shelves in a cupboard I cleared some weeks ago, ready to take most of my sewing stuff down from the attic. The plan is coming together. The dog has made six mistakes in the house today, so it seems my being under the weather has been getting to her. I'm hoping things should improve now that I'm upright for some of the day again and could take her for a walk again.I'm postponing my digital declutter until March.Better is good enough.6

MAD 🐸-wise, I've cleared the shelf, put it all in a box to go through during my HH forays.
Having a break, then DR/LR stuff & vacuuming"I started out with nothing
