Newbie help please - PCN for overnight stay at Ashton Moss Metrolink

Hi all, I'd appreciate some advice on a postal PCN received from Ocean Parking for a vehicle being parked outside of tram operating hours (overnight), please.
I've read the newbie thread and other similar threads and to be honest my mind is a bit blown with what is required beyond the initial appeal using the template in the thread. Previous challenges seem to have centered around challenging/confirming land ownership, and collation of evidence from the car-park - signage images etc. Basically its a 2hr drive away if needed to gather images, so it would cost more to gather the evidence than to pay the 14-day 'bribe', as much as that doesn't sit very comfortably.
Any advice much appreciated.

Can you post a redacted version of the PCN?
Is this a private PCN or a council one?
Have you contacted the landowner?
If you do appeal - never admit to being the driver, just the "Keeper" of the vehicle.
If you can't get back to the car park - can you use google street view?2 -
Past and present Govt have been looking at ways to control this industry's practices for sometime.
Please sign the petition linked in the post below, encourage family, friends and work colleagues to do the same. Once your signature is confirmed use the shown link to 'Contact your MP to let them know you have signed this petition'. MPs are the people to make this happen. 🙏

Ashton Moss is part of the Metrolonk tram network, with Parking next to the roadway, where the tramlines are in the roadway. Used to be Anchor, Care parking but they morphed into Ocean Parking, who also changed hats from the BPA AOS members list to the IPC AOS members list last year
The rules usually state no overnight parking, but we would need to see the signs on the Moss car park to be certain
Metrolink uses a combination of rail, stations, council roads and council stops, so probably no keeper lliability due to schedule 4 of Pofa2012 not applying, not relevant land
No appeal is going to get the pcn cancelled, they dont cancel at first appeal and the kangaroo court known as the IAS will state that the pcn was correctly issued
What do you reasonably expect an appeal to achieve ?1 -
Just ignore Ocean. Ignore the laughable £170 threatograms too (see the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread).
All the time this greedy industry remans unregulated and there is NO FAIR APPEAL, there's no point engaging with IPC firms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hopefully redacted version of PCN now included!

Their photographic evidence is by MNPR, a person onsite with a camera
Signage will dictate various terms and conditions imposed upon drivers, plus forbidding terms, such as No Parking overnight etc, which is what I suspect is the reason for the private PCN by Ocean being issued
I suspect that the land is leased from Tameside Council, by Metrolink or similar, so probably not relevant land under POFA schedule 4
Regardless, no appeal will have legs with either Ocean Parking or the subsequent IAS,, hence the advice to Ignore
I think that you are expecting technical arguments to win at appeal stages, definitely not going to happen here, nor will landowner complaints ( despite the usual replies here of complaining to the landowner, it's not going to work due to the nature of the tram contracts etc )
The advice to ignore is because no appeal or complaint will work
