It would be good to see what they sent you.  Then it might be a good idea to move this to the debt free board but I'll wait for you to come back with more.

Is this a letter or an email?  The very name ‘PreAction’ reads like a threat from the off.

My sisters business was taken to court by PreAction's client and was made to pay due to the terms she signed in the contract. Be careful, this isn't a scam.
