Thanks for the information above, however what costs assessment, am I entitled to costs, and if so where is this information?  The first judge ordered Claimant to pay my set aside fees, is that the same as reserving the costs?
Also, please can you explain what WS means?

Did you get your fees paid already then? That is good if so.

WS (witness statement) stage is fully covered in the NEWBIES thread second post and your hearing order tells you when it is due.

We are not all legal people who understand all the terminology that is thrown around.  You do not need to be so rude about my lack of knowledge of all the acronyms that are frequently used.

I'm genuinely sorry if that's how it came across. Not intended at all. I really did think you were joking.

WS and evidence is stated with a deadline on your hearing order (page 2), and you've already had a hearing, so you must have done a WS alongside your N244 form for that hearing?

I used the WS acronym thinking it wasn't new to you. But if not, all acronyms are in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST, post 5.

What to do when with a court claim is in the second post, and a list of typical evidence exhibits are suggested too.
