The only way to find out is wait till later in the week then phone your court and ask. Not tomorrow. Give them a few clear days.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yesterday received an email from the court confirming the Claimant has paid the court fee so the fight continues.
Now the WS.
This to me looks like their not going to discontinue now at this stage. Has anyone known them to discontinue after paying the court fee?

I would think that its unlikely, if the hearing fee was paid ( putting money where their mouth is )
Paying for the hearing is a clear intention to proceed
Not Paying for the hearing is a clear intention to discontinue
Mcol is never updated once they pass the case on to your local nominated civil court
VCS DCB Legal cases do tend to go to a hearing, unlike ECP etc3 -

Why is the Private Parking Code of Practice 2022 temporarily withdrawn pending review of the levels of private parking charges and additional fees?
Can we still use this code of practice in court even though its withdrawn?0 -
