PCN from CPM for no parking at any time near Glasgow Airport

Hi, Recently waited about 20 minutes in a boxed junction near Glasgow Airport (on 8/2/25 at Marchburn Drive, PA3 2SJ) for a flight to arrive to try to avoid the high car park costs and received a PCN from UK Car Park Management. If it's relevant, I didn't leave the car at any point, or see any signs about not parking…

No changes yet. You can ignore this one. Nothing will happen.

Scotland will likely get 'keeper liability' in late 2026 at the earliest.

Won't mean you then have to pay private PCNs but it will put you on the same footing as in E&W and there will be a regulated process to appeal any new private PCNs.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
