What are the chances of them taking me too county court as I've ignored every letter but I have filed them. Also I didn't even try to appeal.

Always the possibility of them issuing a court claim, but that doesn't mean you'll have a court hearing. It's just another stage of the ratcheting up of pressure on you. But for every step of the process, including actually handling a court hearing, there are processes here to take you through each of them.

Come back on this thread if you receive a Letter Of/Before Claim or a County Claim from the Northampton CNBC.

But you know you'll be replying to dispute it when you get the next letter; you've read about that in the NEWBIES thread.

Ignore the added forms, don't fill out any of those, but respond to the LoC as per the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post.

Have you read that thread, as well as the Template Defence Announcement, because they guide you through every step?

Looks like a typical scam text and you have assumed that its from UKPPO or some authority , instead of from a scammer,  you say  "they"  WHO IS "THEY"  ?

Notice that imminent deadline,  the hurry up part of any scam

Its so similar to the DVSA scam from last year

That rubbish has nothing to do with what you/we are dealing with here. We don't have 'traffic violations', the DVLA doesn't spell 'licence' as 'license', that's an American spelling, as are 'synchronized' and 'authorize'. It's a scam!

That white text on black is a scam, and should be noting to do with the PPC.

    to go through it...
1: "Vehicle registration frozen"  Not possible. "Road tax... Vehicle tax" again not possible as there is no such thing the correct official term is Vehicle Excise Duty (VED)
2 and beyond, the correct English spelling of License is licence, violation is another nonsense term, synchroized in English is spelt with an S and not a Z (Zed, as in Zed is for Zulu, not  Cee thats for Charlie)
You can not a renew a new licence, again the correct spelling is with a C and more nonsense after that.

If you can view this message on a PC and you can see where the link goes odds on it wont be something ending with dot gov dot uk
