Good Morning everybody :hello: :hello:
I must admit, I will be glad to see this thread back 'at it's normal 10 o'clock slot' - I thought I'd overslept. :rotfl: :rotfl:
Anyway - I'm not sure about 'spends' today - I'm due back at work, but I've been told to wait for them to phone me - if there isn't enough work I will have to take an extra day's 'holiday'. (I'm feeling a bit 'messed around' as I can't really do anything until I know. ).
So I will have to report any 'spends' later.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Am going to be good today and try not to spend anything - things are a little tight this month - not because of Christmas but because I have switched mobile providers and so have had to cough up double bubble this month which is annoying!
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

I suppose it is no surprise that 'Home Shopping' will tail off after Christmas. It was absolutely manic in the three weeks before the holiday - one day I worked 16 hours - and, to be honest, it was quite a 'bonus' when they called me on Saturday to ask me not to work Saturday evening, but I have had to take 'holiday' as the whole store is quiet and they are 'unable' to offer alternative work. It's no secret that I'm not really enjoying the job, but I need to earn money and I 'knuckle down' - I have not taken any time off, I have even covered when others have been absent and I have not had any problems with my deliveries. I am beginning to think that they are taking advantage of my good nature.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
