Hello DMG24, may I take this brief moment to offer you my sincere and genuine thanks (and apolgises) for highlighting the unnecessary and unrelenting use of english grammer to express ones thoughts and experiences to the greater community at large. A full explanation as to how this manifested itself is availible upon request; a brieif explanation is availible now for your convienience.. Given the reasonably incredible value proposed by the indicated, despite it remaining anonomous, televisual apparatus availible for purchase by a usually convienient branch of Nettos, one could not help but wet ones pants in the excitiment of being in receipt of said product. In my more detailed response, as yet not requested by anyone, it examines the precise relationship my MSE name has to do with how I interact. What has been identitfied is that as yet one has not become a victim of the self fulfilling prophecy >Syndrome<, which clearly means ones prefered option is to keep it short. So the considered, forthwit and definitive answer to YOUR question which concludes my response at this juncture is.......... Yes. :A
But if you can get one in JL for just £20 more, I really would not describe it as 'incredible value'. I would be much happier to pay the extra £20, and be able to rely on a JL guarantee, rather than one from Netto.
Your text is very difficult to read.Gone ... or have I?0 -
But the JL one doesn't have a DVD player built inif i had known then what i know now0

I'm sure they only invented 23" LCD televisions to catch the eye of people looking for 32" ones.
for the young metricated folk who won't notice the missing 9"!!!
The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Thank you for all the welcoming posts. I can handle myself here, but some of the responses to the original thread dont even merit a response. You are all colourful characters (some a little more 4nally retentive then others).. but I've decided that I wont hold that against you.
Tomorrow I will purchase that Netto TV and I will let you know the outcome ASAP. Im expecting it to be a cheap nasty piece of work (I can tell that just from the crappy looking remote control supplied).
MrBIgGob (and his looong winded posts) is here to stay, just trying to help you out. I take all your silly posts with a pinch of salt and a dash of black ground pepper I dont take anything personally. So feel free to comment on my incorrect spelling or the length of my post.
Eitherway, Im wishing you all a safe 2008 (lovers and haters)"One truly finds Aldi, Lidl and Netto, way too decadent for ones budget"0 -
Just bought similar from M&S with 5 year warranty, £299 + 6% off from quidco and 2% in M&S points. (19" LCD HD DVD and freeview - freeview not in my area yet and I have 3 freeview TVs!)
Nothing wrong with netto/aldi etc but I'd prefer M&S.0 -
