11th October i recieved a letter stating its been set aside, but after speaking with Halifax for a mortgage in principle, its still on my record?
I paid for a full Experien credit report, it is still indeed on the public register.
Its 2 months later, do I need to wait and it will come off eventually, or is there someone I need to hassle for this?1 -

To update:
I emailed and phoned the court, I was told that "CNBC had informed the Registry Trust that it was handled. If I still had a CCJ it was for another case" - your credit check literally tells you the case number, so you're wrong!
I ended up paying £5 to access the Trust record and it said very clearly it was still active.
I emailed the court again, and again, and again - I was getting completely ignored. Never any response.
I was doing a house clean and found the set aside letter under a bed, I immediately emailed it to the Registry Trust. 2 days later I had a response that it was removed.
This was 2 weeks ago, 14 months fighting to have this CCJ removed and its finally gone.
Well the DDJ had just reverted the situation to the hearing, we were instructed to provide witness statements and evidence by Tuesday last week. 4 days later and I haven't recieved anything from the Claimant.
DCB Legal for Britannia Parking.

Check your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document, if its past the hearing fee deadline date

I would email DCB Legal and tell them if they don't reply by return with the Notice of Discontinuance, you will email the court to point out the Claimant's unreasonable conduct and will ask for the Claimant to pay full costs on the indemnity basis, including losses as a direct result of losing out on a fixed rate in 2025 from a mortgage provider and £xx for credit reports from Experian and to access the Registry Trust (proof attached).
Give them 5 working days.
