Is there a template or guidance anywhere for initial letter to say can’t pay and only contact me by phone please?0

I am concerned about the nature and frequency of calls received to my personal phone especially when I am at work.
Under General Data Protection Regulations I can choose how a company can contact me.
As a matter of due diligence, and for the avoidance of doubt, all future contact must be in writing to my home address only.
I would also ask that you delete all personal and work numbers that your organisation holds for me.
I understand that failure to observe this request gives me the option to register a complaint with the Information Commissionaires Office, which may result in a financial penalty for your firm.
Yours Sincerely

Perfect thank you, sorry just seems so simple and wanted to make sure I wasn’t under thinking it.0

As I haven’t received any calls yet assume I can lose the first paragraph of that letter and send now before I stop the payments or do I have to wait for the calls first?
keen to stop any calls to work before they happen if at all possible.0
