What to do…

There's no way to know. The older the debt, the more times it sold on and whether the original creditor has merged, been taken over or gone bust all affect their ability to find the CCA.
Keep quiet and keep opening mail. It's very unusual but sometimes paperwork pops up years later so you need to file their letters.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
so pra group have started writing to me about the BC debt, I’ve ignored them as they haven’t provided the cca that I am aware of. They have now said they are gonna pass it on to Moorcraft as I’m not engaging, should I remind them they haven’t provided the cca?
If they can’t may they take a couple of hundred quid to !!!!!! or is this unlikeable and best avoided.

Let PRA get on with passing it to Moorcroft before you remind them that a CCA hasn't been provided. Don't do anything to help them speed the process up.

You mention in a previous post about asking for the CCA for the Barclaycard debt, who did you send that too, Barclaycard or PRA Group? and was it in the prescribed format, a letter, alongside a £1 postal order for the statutory fee?
Or did you just email and ask for it?.

thanks, it was in letter form and they wrote back to me and said they would let me know when they had it, it was about a year ago and heard nothing about it since bar them offering to settle for about 2.5k.

Ok, good, so that one can be put on the back burner for now.
No need to respond to that one again, unless they (A) come up with the paperwork or (B) start a court claim.
