I won an affordable lending claim with BC, they refunded about 6.5k interest but never wrote to me and told me what based on etc, also since then they’ve added interest back on - seems a bit odd to refund and then start charging again? Should I write to them?
also the Zopa loan that I didn’t win the affordable lending claim on I noticed on transunion the amount is going up by the value of the missed loan payment every month? However on their app it isn’t. They say they don’t charge interest so this should not be rising at transunion, again should I write to them?

No, things like that do not matter, all you want is the debt defaulting, nothing more, making complaints about other topics just complicates matters and slows down the default process.
It doesn't matter what they add now in interest or charges, or what your credit file says, you never repay the full amount in debt management, as settlement deals will always be open to you at some point.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. No need to write to anyone, Moorcroft are not important, just set it up and make certain you add the reference number they gave you.

For Barclaycard they’ve sent me the default letter now, although it’s not shown on trans union yet.
the letter does confirm the default, says they are closing the account, demands full payment etc and offers a number or online link to pay.Is this safe or do I still need to wait for the default?0 -
