Thank you, I’ll wait i wondered what significance the letter demanding full balance was as I remembered this being asked on a similar question further up the thread.
    Standard computer generated letter.

  • Right I checked transunion last week and the Barclaycard default had been removed, showed as late payments again I think. Today I’ve checked it and it shows as account up to date, I’ve checked the app and the account is no longer on there, I guess that’s expected if they’ve closed the account but it’s confused me as showing up to date on credit report - any reason why they would do that other than mistake?

They may have sold the debt and the purchaser has yet to report the change in ownership.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
  • Indeed they have to PRA,

Should I make a cca request?
  • Moorcroft still saying they need to speak to me, presumably I just ignore them and keep paying them every month?

Yes, if it's important they will write to you. Most likely they want to go through your SOA to "cover themselves" aka collect information about you.
  • I’m unsure what to do about Barclaycard, now it’s been sold to pra group - should I do cca request?

The account is at least 2012.
  • No harm in asking for a CCA.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
  • Thank you

so I asked for cca about 8 months ago and they haven’t provided it. I have an account with pra for one of the other debts and thus debt also shows on there but they haven’t mentioned it or sent me any letters about it since saying they would get the cca.

similarly Zopa have not pursued the larger loan I won the affordability complaint on for a year or so. They haven’t sold it on either.

neither debt shows on my credit file, Any thoughts on if I may be safe to continue ignoring these?
