If you return to work before April 08 then its a NT (nil tax)code but otherwise its all as normal.
I've heard that a lot of the time they don't bother changing the tax code this late in the tax year though, so it may still be your normal code. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

When you are BR and return to work, what tax code do you get?[/quot
If you were unemployed at the time of the bankruptcy order, then you won't get a Nil tax code. Nil tax code only relates to employment at date of BO, if you change employment the tax code reverts to a "normal" one in your new employment0
